Several clients have complained that when they try to upload documents, they get an "upload failure, please try to upload again" after attempting to submit the form. The documents show that they complete the upload process before they press submit. It is not a specific document type as it occurs with both PDFs and JPG/PNG.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to test your form due to payment integration. We can not test forms with real payments. I've created a clone of your form and I was able to upload the files in it and submit the form as well. Following is the cloned form URL.

I've also created a clone of your form in our test HIPAA account. I've activated the square sandbox mode in it so we can test it in the same environment as your form. I was able to successfully submit the form.

You can try the test form here.

Please use the test cards on the link below.

I've cleared your form cache. Could you please check on your end again to see if the issue persists.

    Thanks

    Hello,

We are still having this issues. We are unable to pin point what documents are the problem here, but this issue is causing a lot of frustration with our client and employees. This was not an issue before January and it appears to be happening more frequently as time goes on. It is happening on all of our documents that has an upload function.

    Hi there,

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Please check the type of files your employees and clients are trying to upload to see if there are one or more file types that are causing the issue.

Please also send us screenshots of the error so we can escalate the issue to our backend team to check this further.
