Can I save a form and add to it later?

Does JotForm have the ability to save a form and come back to it at a later time?

Can JotForm also dump the data into a DB and have another JotForm pull the data back into a new form and add more data to it?

    Hi @Rex,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We have a settings option to save the form and submit it later. To enable this, please check the following instruction and set this to enable for your form.

    1. Go to SETTINGS at the top of the screen > Click FORM SETTINGS on the left

    2. Click the SHOW MORE OPTIONS button > then scroll down and look for the CONTINUE FORMS LATER section.

For the submitted data, you will be able to view and edit those data in JotForm table. You could also pull data from spreadsheet and auto-fill your forms. However, to use Spreadsheet to Form Widget, you would need to download submission data in Excel or CSV file and upload it to the widget. For more information on "How to Use the Spreadsheet to Form Widget", please check out this article. https://www.jotform.com/help/442-how-to-use-the-spreadsheet-to-form-widget

I hope you find this useful and if you have any other questions, please reach out to JotForm support again.

    Best,

    Yuta
