How do we clear the existing data after exporting data?

Once we export data -- is there a way to clear out the existing data we just downloaded?

I think you are referring to the previously submitted data on your form?

They will have to be manually deleted and you can refer from our guide - https://www.jotform.com/help/377-how-to-delete-form-submission-data.

Please be reminded that the removed data can not be restored.
