Google Calendar Integration: How to set it up?

    I want to have the schedule that have been scheduled in the jot form load into my google calendar. In intergration, it ask for "title" where does this originate. Also, It asks for start time?     The title is the title of the meeting that will show on the appointments in your Google Calendar.

    In the Start Time and End Time, you are supposed to select the form's date and time field.
