I want my information removed from this website

If you are looking for a way to delete your account so that your information is removed, you certainly can do so. Here is a helpful user guide to assist you with this - How-to-delete-my-account

However, if you have submitted a form that belongs to one of our users and you entered your information into it, you will need to reach out to the form owner and ask them to delete your record. Unfortunately, we do not have the authority to access our user's forms to delete their submissions.
