Issues with recipient receiving an attached pdf

    Good morning,

    For some reason my clients are not receiving an attached pdf anymore with their submissions. You can see the form, but there is no downloadable pdf.

    I did double check that in my settings the “pdf to recipient” is checked off. I have toggled it off/on with no luck.

    any ideas?

    Also, is there anyway for a recipient to edit their own form after submission (frequently my doctors need to add info after submission, or change the appt date)

    I have tested a cloned version of your form but I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.

    The attached PDF in the autoresponder is sending at my end.

    I have cleared your form cache.

    If the issue persists, can we test a submission in your form?

    You may add an edit link in your autoresponder for your form respondents to edit their submission.

    I actually went in right after submitting this ticket and logged out logged in toggled off and toggle on and saved and it fixed it!
