Hello,
I'd like to speak with someone in your sales team to see if JotForm can perform some of the actions that I need a form of mine to do.
Let me know what you think!
Best,
Alston

Hi Alston,
We're sorry, but we have yet to offer phone support on our regular JotForm platform.
Please let us know your questions through this ticket. We would be happy to assist you here.
Thank you.

Hey Welvin,
Thank you for getting back to me! I'll do my best to type out the questions.
I'm attempting to use JotForm to automatically create a quote for my customers upon filling out the form. Simple, right? The only problem is that product's prices change depending on the customer's answers to other questions.
I see two ways to solve this, either:
A) use conditional logic on the calculations inside JotForm so the product's prices can be variable and calculated on demand, or
B) have JotForm reference an excel spreadsheet containing a complete price list using the form's answers to sort the spreadsheet data and return the product's price.
My question is, is either of these options something that JotForm can perform? Either that or how would I be able to solve this problem inside JotForm?
Let me know what you think!
Best,
Alston

Hello Alston,
Both options are possible on JotForm.
The first option is possible using conditional calculations: https://www.jotform.com/help/268-how-to-insert-text-or-calculation-into-a-field-using-conditional-logic
The second option is possible by using a Spreadsheet to Form widget: https://www.jotform.com/help/442-how-to-use-the-spreadsheet-to-form-widget
But it would be helpful if you can let us know if this is the form that you are working on: https://form.jotform.com/210424107816043
If yes, could you elaborate your options with respect to a sample scenario on your form?
