My file size is too large

I have created a PDF form that needs to be filled in. I want to receive it as an attachment when it is submitted however, I have a section where our team members need to upload 4 additional files and 4 pictures. When I receive it in my inbox it says that the attachments where over 5mb so they did not send. How do I fix this? I see the files attached but not the original form that was filled out. Can I not submit a form that is over 5mb then?

Unfortunately, we have a 5MB file size limit attachment to the email alerts. However, you can try downloading the attachment files via the Submission page. Please follow this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-how-to-view-form-submissions
