Getting a message that I'm out of "submissions storage limit"

I've deleted a bunch of old forms that I wasn't using. When I look under my account icon at top right of home screen I don't seen any parameters that I'm close to the usage limit on. Where do I find how much storage I'm using for submissions, and can I delete old ones? Puzzled.

You have a usage section in your account settings where you can see the account usage related details. Please login to your account and click on the link below.
