Free or Pay

I thought when I first logged on this was a free service, but now I see it asking for deciding on a payment plan. I am confused. Please advise.

Please note that you can use JotForm for Free. In fact, we do have thousands of users that are on a Free plan.

However, depending on your usage, that's when you may need to upgrade.
