photo uploads not being attached in PDF !

Hi,

I have this form https://form.jotform.com/210401796286053 , where when th eform is filled and uploaded photos. i get the PDF without the photos in the pdf. I have another form which is working fine.

Hi , could you please explain how to do this as all my other forms are fine but just this form when I try to edit as well it says "edit online form" where as all the other forms I don't get this message.

At the moment I have resolved the issue for the photos to be attached in the pdf but my curiosity is why this form is showing as live form?

Could you please send us a screenshot of where you are seeing "Edit Online Form"? All the forms that I try to edit on my account just show as "Edit Form", but I might be looking in the wrong place.

The "Edit As Online Form" and "Edit as PDF Form" appear when you've created a fillable PDF form in your PDF-Editor. You can check it on the link below.

By the form being "live" I meant that you are currently accepting submissions on your form. Should you have any other concerns then kindly let us know.
