Clone Of Form

Hello,

I have far to many items in my online shop. When trying to add new items its taking to long.

I understand that i could split the shop into different forms, by category this raises 2 issues 1 is as i have all the items on one form can i clone then delete the unwanted items. 2 can i then use the iframe widgit to create a form where they choose the category check box for which categories the require. Am i on the correct actions to complete.

Yes, you can just clone your form to have another copy and then modify the cloned form version.

As for #2, please note that even if you embed the form within the form using iframe widget, the 2 forms will always still be considered as 2 different forms.

This meant that the submission data of the other form will not be automatically in the submission table of the other form also.

Yes I understand that however, i am confused by the fact that i can see making the categories into separate forms, but I do not know the best way to incorporate all the forms into a single invoice. Any help would be good

Even if you create separate forms or use iFrame widgets, they would still be separate forms and each will their own invoice.

Unfortunately, the product data from one form cannot be shown on the invoice of the other form.

My suggestion would be to create two separate forms as per your option 1 and then provide separate invoices based on the categories shown in each form.

When I checked your form, I noticed that you already set up an auto-generated invoice number with the Worksheet ID.
