Questions on form creation for leave approval process

Dear Jotform,

I have few questions related to automating our leave process:

1. Can jotform send email reminders to approvers after X number of days when no response is received? IS there an app to integrate into form template?
2. After leave is approved, can then re-send to multiple emails for various actions (applicant and finance dept for processing)?

It is possible to send an email on later date after submitting the form.

I have checked your form and it seems you have two submit button.
