    All Jotform features are available for free membership.

    You may use JotForm for Free. However, with Free plan account, there are some limitations you will face:

    • 5 forms
    • 100 monthly submissions
    • 100 MB available
    • 1,000 monthly form views
    • 500 total submission storage
    • 10 payment submissions
