I am trying to change the registered email address

    Hi, I sent an enquiry about this a while ago but the problem hasn't been fixed.


    Originally, this account was registered to andrea.nirmalarajah@gmail.com.


    I have edited the settings to change the registered email to info@gunnhealthandfitness.com.au - When I do this, it tells me that the info@gunnhealthandfitness.com.au is already registered.


    When we try and log in with that new email address, it tells us the credentials are wrong. Also the forms keep going to andrea.nirmalarajah@gmail.com but not the new address I have tried to register.


    Is there something you can do in the backend?

    Hi there,

    Currently, both of the emails are registered with us. It means that you currently have two accounts with us. This is why you are unable to use "info@gunnhealthandfitness.com.au".

    You can reset your account password using the guide below.

    Once you are in, you can change the email address so it can be used in the other account.

    Or if you allow us then we can change the email address to a random email and that will also free "info@gunnhealthandfitness.com.au" and you'll be able to use it in the main account.
