not receiving notifications

    Additionally, I am not receiving the Notification 1 email from the New User ID form as well. It works when I send test forms, but it doesn't work when someone actually submits a form.

    I checked your notification and looks like your notification is only set to send when a condition is met.

    If you wish to receive notifications without conditions, please create another notification and don't link to any of your email conditions.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
