HIPPA Compliance: Can we use "File Upload" and "Take Photo" in HIPPA Account?

I'm very interested in signing up for a plan. I am running a healthcare clinic however. HIPAA compliance is a must. I understand you guys offer HIPAA compliance as part of the plan, do the photo-upload and take-photo options also fall under that same protection?
