Hello, i have managed to get submitted forms to be sent to the correct email account now but when they are coming through they are not in a PDF form?
When a submitted form comes through to our email account we need it to be in a PDF format and not in an email how do i change this?

I believe you are looking for the PDF attachment feature. Kindly check this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/503-how-to-include-submissions-as-pdf-attachment-in-the-email-notifications and see on how you can enable PDF attachment option.
