Can you use a dropdown menu for Spreadsheet to form widget?

I am trying to use this widget to confirm our agency partners' contact information. Most agencies do not know their Unique Code and therefore a dropdown menu would be beneficial for our purposes. Is this possible or can you only type the unique code?

Yes, you can use the Dropdown menu for the Spreadsheet to Form widget. You just need to add all Unique Code in the Dropdown options.
