Error on login an purchase

i am facing the error that is similar to the fields and tthe error is in the login and purchase option when i click the purchased button on my android they send me notification about success then it appears an error can you guys guide me about it

Can you please provide us more details about the issue you're getting? You've mentioned that you're getting an error when logging in? Do you mean when logging in with JotForm? It would be great if you can share with us the error you are getting, the same as what you are experiencing with the purchase option.
