    Hi

We see that som of the respons data shown in the submissions are not the same as when we open the same forms using edit- link. The data shown in "submissions" are not correct (edit showing the correct)

    Example: 4886860609457711855, 4886680200521459856 and 4881528200525362509

    Are you able to fix?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

If you are referring to the tabless appearing incorrectly, that is because you need to click on the table to expand it to see its contents as you can see in the image below.

If you are referring to another field, could you tell us which field it is?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hi

You are right - thats the issue. The non-expanded table seems to show wrong answers, but all good when expanded.

We attach the PDF report in thank you page. This PDF show the table as non-expanded (and answers seems wrong for the user). I tried to narrow the with of the table in pdf editor, but I don't think it fixed the problem. Any suggestion how to show the expanded table in the PDF?

    Thanks a lot!

    Hi,

I am not sure why this issue is happening in these specific submissions.

Were any edits made to these submissions?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hi again

No edits made to these submissions after they were sendt as I know of. I did send a e-mail to the form-filler to double-check that now. I tried different set-ups in PDF editor with no luck, so I am not able to solve this it seems.

    Greetings,

I've checked the mentioned submissions but I can't find any variance in the submitted data between the table view (compact/expanded), I also checked the table history and I can't find edit actions done, Please check this guide for how to review table history. the issue as my colleague stated between compact & expand entry view is that Input Tables are stored in a single field that's why it would display incorrect data in the compact view and should expand the entry to view the Input Table data correctly.

I see that you have managed a quite good presented PDF "MILJØPLAN 2021" that shows the submission data correctly, I believe you should choose this document for the Thank you page and email notifications.

If you mean with your request that there are missing fields in the PDF then you can customize it in the PDF Editor and add the missing form fields, please follow this guide for more details.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hi

Thank you for following up on this!

The problem is the view of the table in the downloaded PDF. If you press download "Miljøplan 2021" as a PDF shown in your picture above - the the table looks like this: 1613720359 602f6b272a79e Table 1 Screenshot 10

The form fields should look like this in the PDF(expand view):

    1613720608 602f6c207410f Table 1 Screenshot 21

Both tables are buildt on the same data , but compact view appear wrong for the reader of the PDF report (and it does not include comments).

Sorry for not explanining this very well in the first place, and hope you can find a good soulution to this!

    BR Rolf

The first image you have shown us in your last response is how the Input Table field is shown on the PDF copy of the submission by default and I am afraid that there is no option available on the PDF Editor page to style it and make it similar to how the Input Table field looks like in the second screenshot you shared.

As a workaround, you can use the Text element on the PDF Editor page to get a clearer Input Table field output on the PDF copy of your form submissions.

    Here's how it is done:

    1613736626 602faab20df91 zt210219 070601 Screenshot 54

Here's how it looks like when you download the PDF copy of your form submissions after.

    Hi

    Wow, that was impressive!

This worked absolutely perfect for 3 out of 4 tables in our form. Due to longer text in the rows one of the tables, it did not show the answers. We just changed view from A4 to "landscape" of the PDF - and everything is looking very nice!

    Thank you so much!
