Not all forms are going through to provided emails

    We are having difficulty with the Mary's Home Application form.

    1. When the person with access to the encrypted forms logs in they cannot see all of the forms. She thinks she can bypass this by using the scroll buttons. This is an unacceptable longterm solution.
    2. The forms are set to automatically forward to and the candidate also receives a copy. Currently only about 1 out 5 forms are going to the inbox of Why would this happen?
    3. Sometimes when I open Jotform it opens in Italian and I have to translate to English. I have never used Jotform in Italian. Why is this happening?

    In regard to the emails' notification, usually this happens with corporate emails, so the recommendation is to ask the Email Admin to whitelist the domain names and IP addresses:

    In order to check the issue with the Italian translation and scrolling, please provide me with the form ID/URL so we can test the issue.
