How do I get the Driving Distance widget to work?

    How do i get the driving distance to work?

    I see that you have set up a Driving Distance widget in your form with your Google Maps API key. However, the error you are getting is possibly due to the Maps JavaScript API not activated on your API project. You may need to enable the Maps JavaScript API under APIs in the Google Cloud Console.

    Here are the enabled APIs on my API project.

    And the Driving Distance widget appears to be working on a cloned version of your form where I have used my Google Maps API key.
