We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have tried to fill out and save a cloned version of your form and I was not able to reproduce the issue you have described.

And I was able to send the Continue Form Link to an email address.
I have accessed the Continue Form Link and I was still able to save the form again after filling it out further.
Have you tried filling out your form on a different browser where you are not logged in to your JotForm account? Can you tell us the steps you are taking so we may also do it on our end to reproduce the issue you have described, please? Also, with your permission, we would like to test your form directly. We will wait for your response.
