Sorry, but could you let us know if you are trying to connect to our One drive integration app?
If yes, it's related to your corporate domain admin access.
It would seem that connection to JotForm may need to be whitelisted by your IT department or access may need to be provided by your IT team on your office 365 email address to connect to JotForm.
