Unfortunately, it is not possible to password protect the form submissions from other users. That is why we have escalated your request to our developers. However, we can’t give you an ETA on it, as it depends on their workload. We will inform you on this thread if they have any updates.

However, you can try the JotForm Tables share feature as a workaround for this particular need. Please follow these steps:

Please follow these steps,

1) On the JotForm Tables page, click on the Share button.

2) Go to the Share Settings and select Private Table. This way, you’ll be able to invite other people to view submissions on this table while choosing the Read-Only or Collaborator roles for them. 

Read Only: Invited users can only view data.

Collaborator: Invited users can view & edit the data - not the table settings.

3) You can generate a link to share with others directly, or simply invite them by email. 

4) If you want to allow them to download submissions you can enable the Show download button selection
