The link with google sheets keeps dropping

    Hi,

I have set-up one of our forms to populate the results into a google sheet. It works fine initially but then will lose the connection and the data is moving across even though all the settings are still there.

Is this a fault you are aware of, is there anything I need to do to be able resolve it?

    Kind Regards

    Emma

Hi Emma, thank you for contacting support.

I'm sorry, I don't quite get what you mean. To clarify, are some of the submissions not pushing through the integrated sheet? If so, could you please redo the integration and see if that can help?

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi

Thank you Joanne. I have tried reconnecting it multiple times and it works initially and then it stops. Is it that it when I add in additional collumn on the sheet that it doesn't like it?

    Hello,

To clarify your issues with Google sheet integration, you originally integrated your Google sheet with one of your forms, and then you added the columns in that Google sheet which is being populated by the integration?

If so, please remove those columns from the sheet which is populated by the integration. If you'd like to use populated data, please try to use pivot table or VLOOKUP on second sheet and perform calculation, analysis on that separate sheet instead. As if you added the extra columns in the original sheet, this could break the integration.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to us and let us know.

    Best,

    Yuta
