End user unable to submit without full refresh

The following issue was reported by an end user trying to submit forms:

something is not quite right about the form functionality—it took me three times before it would successfully “submit.” I also had a similar problem signing [the employee’s] own form yesterday. In both instances, the form wouldn’t submit but “hangs” on “please wait.” The only way to get it to respond is to refresh, which deletes all the content.

The user was using Firefox and I suggested clearing the cache but they continued to have issues. These are the two affected forms.

May I know if your form is embedded on a website? If so, would you mind sharing to us the exact link where the form is embedded?

These forms are meant for use by managers and are only accessible from our employee portal so I don't know this will help. We have been using these forms for over a year and have not run into this issue.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to login to the page you've shared as it requires a login ID and password. If your form is embedded internally, you can try changing the embed code with iframe and see if that helps. Those issues you encounter might be caused by conflict with the codes on your site and the embed code from Jotform so changing the embed code to iframe might help in this case.
