Hello! I am a fitness coach, when I create my forms I send to multiple clients. I have my form on private, and view and submit only. Can multiple clients see everyone else's submission or can they only see their own? It is incredibly confusing as I see my clients must make an account?

Client's can see only their submission.

If you have shared the form as Private, it is mandatory for the client to have an account to access the form.

If you do not want the client to have an account on Jotform, you can keep the form access as Public, copy the form URL and email it to your client.

Here is how you can get the form URL:

That way clients will be able to see submissions only if you share it with them.

Otherwise, they will only see their submission on the confirmation email they receive after form submission.
