PayPal integration: Error when trying to use a credit card on form.

    Attached is the message that I get when I try to put in credit card information. Could you please assist me with this matter?

    Hi,

    Thank you for sending the screenshot.

    It looks like you have connected to PayPal successfully.
    However, currently the PayPal integration on your form is a PayPal Business integration.
    Can you confirm if your PayPal account is a Business account or a Personal account?

    If your PayPal account is a personal account, the error probably comes from a conflict with the account and integration type.

    In this case, could you try removing the current PayPal integration from your form, and inserting a PayPal Personal integration instead?
    On the integrations tab, you can use the search bar to look for the PayPal Personal integration.
    When you delete the integration, your products will be removed temporarily, but once you add the PayPal integration back, they will be automatically created again.
