Embed Code for Forms

Is the Embed Code unique to the form or to the account? In other words, can we open a 'silver' level account and use forms on different websites?

Please note that that the embed codes are unique to each form, you can use the embed codes to post your form on any webpage. Your account subscription does not affect the form embed features, you can embed a form on any of our account subscriptions.

Also, note that our account subscriptions are usage-based which means that the higher the subscription you have the more usage you can get out of the platform. The usage counts for things like forms, submissions, payments, etc.
