    Hi JotForm support !

I am currently facing a serious problem regarding sharing my tables with a collaborator. I followed your article on how to do it (https://www.jotform.com/help/1010-how-to-share-your-jotform-tables-and-collaborate), however it does not work as intended. I set my table as a Private Table and chose the "Collaborator" option, to allow people to view an edit the table. However, contrary to what is in your article ("The invitation link will have a unique key in the URL. Make sure to copy the entire link when sharing the table."), the link that is shown still is the public link (tables with the ID and no unique key added to it in the URL).

I also not do not have the options to generate a new link underneath the link to copy (please see the attached screenshot), compared to what I see in your article. I would like to share two of my tables (https://hipaa.jotform.com/tables/210466250474048 and https://hipaa.jotform.com/tables/210542848388060) with a collaborator to allow them to view and edit the submissions, but it seems impossible to share it as I do not have that unique key added in the URL, and I do not even have the option "generate a new link" showing up. Would you please help me fix this problem as soon as possible ?

Thank you in advance for your help !

Please note that the Collaboration feature is working differently on HIPAA Compliant accounts.

HIPAA Complaint account can share submissions only with other HIPAA Complaint accounts. So, if you want to share the submissions with Collaborator, he/she will need to have a HIPAA Complaint account as well.

Oh ok ! Thank you for your answer ! Is there possibly another way to allow someone else to share and edit the submissions ? Because even before I had the Hipaa compliant feature enabled for my account, another agency actually gave me access to their own Hipaa compliant tables (whereas I did not have Hipaa compliance at that time). How could they have possibly done it ? Was it because they might have subscribed to the Jotform Enterprise feature, that would allow people to collaborate on Hipaa compliant tables even without a Hipaa compliant account ?

Thank you again for your answers !

One of my colleagues replied from our HIPAA account, so his reply is not shown here on the forum, but in case that you did not receive it via email, I'll quote it:

I have performed some tests and doesn't seem required to have a HIPAA account to use this feature, when the other user gets the link they will need to change the password in order to make sure it's a secure one, then they can access the data since this was shared by the owner.

I would recommend you to give it a try, so you can see how it works.

Thank you very much for posting his answer here ! I tried to send an invite to our collaborator, and they could actually request an access to it so I think everything is working fine now :)

Thank you very much for your help and your time !
