HIPAA Account: Why are my submissions saying no data to display?

    When logging into Jotform and going to the inbox for our applications I am unable to see any information listed. When clicking on a submission the response is no data to display. This is the only form that will not display the data at this time. What can we do to resolve this issue? Thank you
