Viewing and Downloading the Submission Attachments

    Whenever I click a picture the client attached to his form I get an error. I can never open it anymore.

    Hi Erik,

    Thank you for providing the information.

    I have cloned your form to test it on my end. For your information nothing has been changed on your original form.

    I have made a test submissions with different pictures to test the form. And I was able to see and download the attached images. So, I couldn't replicate the issue you mentioned. Please see the screencast below:

    You can also see the uploaded submission files and download them on the Inbox if it is more convenient for you. I have clicked the little arrow icon on the top left of the page and selected "Inbox" on the opening menu. I was directed to the Inbox page of the form and I was able to open uploaded images there too. Please see the screencast below:

    If the issue continues, please let us know to investigate it further. In that case, we will need your permission to test your original form. So, if the issue persists, please get back to us on this same thread and please kindly give us permission to test your original form.
