Hello @JenniferCarrier,
Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.
If you want to attach one of your PDF reports to the Notification or Autoresponder emails, you will need to access the email settings, and under the Advanced tab, you can enable the PDF Attachment and then select which PDF you want to attach. If you only have one PDF, then only one option will appear.
