Restrict Form Visibility

    Hello,

I have multiple forms that are being spammed. I use CleanTalk on my websites where these forms are embedded, so I'm confident it's not being accessed through the embedded form. My best guess is that these bots are accessing the forms directly on jotform.com where there is a public link available.

My question is, is there a way to restrict the form to ONLY be visible on the website where it is embedded? Is there a way to disable the direct link access on jotform.com and still have it visible on my website?

I don't want to add reCaptcha on these forms as it will conflict with my CleanTalk plugin that works superbly.

    Thanks!

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the disable link option is not available. I recommend adding a Captcha field. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/205-How-to-Add-a-Captcha-Field

If you do not want the Captcha field on your form, you can try the Unique Submission feature. For more information, please check this page: https://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form

Also, what you can use is getting the email verified. In this way, it would be an additional step for a spammer. Related guide: How to Verify an Email Address Before or After Form Submission
