Error message connecting with PayPal Business

    Hi there, I keep getting an error message when trying to connect with Jotform. I login and select use existing business account and fill out necessary info but when I click submit it just gives me a 'something went wrong' message. Please help!

    Hello! I believe that you're referring to this form:

    It seems that the PayPal account that you're trying to connect with Jotform PayPal Business integration is either a Personal account or a Business account that has not been properly configured to accept payments.

    As you can see in the screenshot; you're on the PayPal's bizsignup (business signup) page.

    You can either use our PayPal Personal integration or get in touch with PayPal support for further assistance on setting up your PayPal Business account.
