Are we able to downgrade our subscription from Bronze to free during the year?

Hi there

We are looking to use jot form to sign up all of our members for our cricket club and take payments. We think the Bronze membership will suffice. However, we will only need this for the months of March, April and May each year. After this it is unlikely we would receive over 5 payments a month.

Are we able to register to become a Bronze member and then downgrade after the first 3 months?

Also, what would happen if more than 5 people tried to pay and we were on the free membership?

Yes, you downgrade anytime.

You can get up to 10 payments

Thank you - sorry I had misread the number. What would happen if we were on the free membership and more than 10 people tried to pay in a month?

Your forms will be disabled, so you cannot receive new submissions until:

• the limit resets on the first day of the following month
• or you upgrade to a paid plan with higher limits
