Form for upsells?

    Dear JF support,

What I wish to do is use JF to create sales forms with at least one or two "upsell" offers after the customer chooses the first offer.

In other words, a customer would choose the basic offer, enter their info, and then be offered an upsell after submitting the first form, and arrive on another form page that would include the first offer, along with an additional offer, which, if chosen, would result in an overall larger customer purchase.

Would I be able to do this using JF?

    Thank you for your reply!

Unfortunately, this cannot be done exactly as you mentioned, here are the limitations with JotForm:

    • You cannot have more than one payment integration in one form, this means that even if you're able to redirect to the same form, but a different page after the submission, you cannot display another set of subscriptions and process payments, this means that you will need to use a different form for this.
    • The second limitation is that you cannot override subscriptions or payments with the submissions on your form, this means that each payment sent through the forms will be a new one, even if this is a subscription.

If you would like to continue setting up your form, kindly refer to the following guides that will provide you details about redirecting to another form upon the submission and set up the payment integration:
