i have a drop down list of schools. each school can enter 21 exhibits. is there a way if you are #22 attempting to enter that the drop down says sorry this school has reached it's limit.

and piggy backing on that thought is there a way using two drop downs i can restrict? For example Ii want no more than 3 biology exhibits from the XYZ school. You are now the fourth person from that school attempting to slide in. Can it say sorry biology is filled for your school? Since the form is opened to several schools it has to be a max on category for a specific school.

    Greetings.

For this, you can use the Gift Registry widget. It will allow you to define how many times each element can be selected. Once the limit is reached, users won't be able to select it anymore.

If you wish to limit classes for a specific school, you can add multiple Gift Registry widgets (one for each school), and then, once the user selects a school, show a widget related to that school.
