Change the username

i need change the username to: tuplanillapr

We apologize for inconvenience. Unfortunately we cannot change your username tuespecialistaenplanillas to another for now due to the reason your paid subscription is using PayPal as the payment method.

You can check in your account Billing page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

If we will change the username, we need to change it also in your PayPal -- which we cannot do because we do not have access to your PayPal account.

If you do want to change the username, here are the steps that must be taken.

1. Cancel the JotForm subscription (tuespecialistaenplanillas) in your PayPal account.
2. Let us know once you have cancelled in your PayPal so that we can issue the refund.
3. Once cancelled, we will downgrade your subscription back to FREE plan.
4. We can now change your username to tuplanillapr.
5. You can upgrade again to paid plan in your account Billing page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
