I have a problem with completed forms

    Hi,

    I have a form I've been using as a booking form. I clone it for each client as they have different needs so I have to change some of the text fields (not the data entry fields though).

    Once completed by the client, I go to Submission and when I try 'Edit Entry' the form looks fine - it has the correct text and the correct client entered data. However, when I try to print or download the text fields seem to revert to the original booking form's text. The client entered data is still fine though.

    Can you help please?

    Hi Steve,

    Could you please provide us the Form URL in question so we can check?

    Could you also please check the PDF template for the form submission in the PDF Editor if the Text labels are still the same as the original form?

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    ah...so do I have to change the pdf editor manually when cloning a previous form so the contents reflect the new version?

    (I'd rather not share the form url unless vital - for confidentiality reasons)

    Yes, I would suggest you manually change the headings of the cloned form.
