Submissions not being emailed

    I tried adding this ticket this morning, but didn't get confirmation so not sure if it worked?
    We are having issues with the jotform website not emailing on submissions as they're submitted. We then gone to manual forward them on from the website but they're also not being sent...

    Please can you help?
