Hello,
We have noticed that submissions on jotform don't appear to be emailed through to inboxes, even though the forms are set up to do so.
We have missed some submissions from earlier in the week.
Can you help rectify this please?

Please provide the submission IDs for which you did not receive the emails. You can find them using the guide below.

It's not just that form, it appears to be all forms.We've had submissions on the form you've sent but on others too.
Your response to this also wasn't emailed, i've had to manual log on to check if i had a response...Thanks

Hi,
I have checked and seen the emails sent from our systems. I also cleared your Form Cache.
Please check your spam folder?
Since it shows that Jotform mails were successfully sent out, please check with your email provider. You can also try setting up your own SMTP so that emails will be sent directly from your mail server.

Hi,
No emails at all are coming through from JotForm.
Whether it's a submission, or a forwarding of a submission or even your replies to my queries - nothing is coming through to our email addresses

Hello,
I can see from the logs that the emails are being sent successfully.
I would recommend checking the following two guides as it might be that for some reason our email addresses or IPs have been blacklisted:
