I am unable to access my JotForms. Please help ASAP. We are a pharmacy scheduling COVID vaccinations.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced a DB replication lag which caused the issue. However, the issue should be fixed by now and you should be able to login normally.
Please check and let us know if you still notice any issue. We will be happy to take a look again.

I am still unable to see my forms. After I log in through the pop-up
window, it shows I do not have any forms and the login menu bar is
unchanged. This has happened for weeks now.

I am able to see my forms now, but it seems to be that I have trouble each
morning. We need access to our forms in the morning to serve our customers,
and it seems that every morning we are unable to gain access. The login
button on the menu stays in its place and we are unable to access forms.
Although it may work fine right now, I need it to work consistently.

We are so sorry for the trouble caused. Despite there is already a fix applied to this issue, our backend team is working on this and it should be fixed very soon.
As a workaround in case if you experience this issue, you may consider integrating Google Sheets to the form so that you should be able to access the data.
