Receiving a notification email when someone submits the form

    Hi Guys,

    I had a problem previously regarding autoresponder emails and can't remember the answer to the problem which i was given.

    Apparently it wasn't that it wasn't working it just wouldn't send to my email addresses for some reason

    I use autoresponder emails in a slightly unorthodox fashion.

    Please can you check the the form named Smart Chat code is in fact sending without problem and remind me why i cant send it to my own email i have tried several private emails of mince

    Hello Andrew,

    It is the notification email that you should create to get an email when someone submits your form. You do not have it in the form, but I've created it for you. If in case you need to create the same on your other forms, please follow the steps in the guide below.

    No this not what i need.... thank you though.
    I mean when the form is completed the person completing the form needs to receive the autoresponder email it doesn't appear to be sending

    I have checked your form and the issue seems to be with your autoresponder recipient.

    Instead of the email address field, you have set it to the name field.

    Please update the recipient field to the email field and let us know if the issue still remains.
