Once I publish my form on-line, is there any limitation on how many people can access and complete it at the same time?

As you have a Silver account, you have Unlimited monthly form views. You do have a limit of 10,000 form submissions per month, however, meaning that you can receive 10,000 completed form submissions each month while staying within your account limitations.
