Can one account have multiple users?

If we move to the gold version, will I be able to set up different users for the account free of charge? Is there an option to have a private file that other's cannot see? The reason being is that due to GDPR I have two teams that complete Appraisals and Supervisions for staff members but I do not want each others team to see the completed form.

Thank you for your interest in the Gold Plan! That's a wonderful question. Unfortunately our gold plan does not allow for multiple users, however our Enterprise version does!
