HIPAA Complimentary Plan : Status regarding application

    Hello,
    A few days ago I submitted a request to be approved for your Complimentary HIPAA compliant program. As a medical office, I was pleased to see such an offering. I'm not sure if you guys are being 'made' to offer such an offering through government regulation or not, but I was hoping to get a status on that request. I had not heard anything about it. Thank You.

    Hi,

    I would like to ask you to refer our guideline on How to Upgrade to HIPAA Compliance?.

    In the guideline, you can see the statement, "The upgrade wizard will first check your subscription type. We are offering HIPAA compliance only for Silver or Gold subscriptions. If you don’t have a Silver or Gold subscription you will see the following message."

    Now, you might feel a little upset if you have received the HIPAA program offer even though you are on a Free membership account. But, I believe it is due to the emails being sent out to medical establishments regardless of their status.

    Therefore, you should either upgrade to Silver or Gold membership to be approved for the plan per https://www.jotform.com/pricing/, and that could be why you may not have received any reply from our system.
