Can I redirect the form to my own page after submission?

Hi,

I am using a jot form in my react app for user sign-ups. After signing up I want to redirect to a new page however I see the thankyou panel from jotform instead - is there a way to design that like we design the form in the form builder?

Ideally I want to redirect my users to a new page confirming the sign-up - how can I go about doing that?
